Unterfahrschutz für Motor der Marke VW Transporter T4 Caravelle
UFS für VW T4 wurde mit 2,5mm Materialstärke beworben. Tatsächlich aber nur 2mm, also 25% Material und Stabilität beim Kunden gespart. Im T4Forum sind andere Käufer zum gleichen Ergebnis gekommen. Auf schriftliche Anfrage kam nur die Bitte nach der eigenen Telefonnummer. Insgesamt macht der UFS am Bus einen ordentlichen Eindruck, ich muss mich aber auch den Kritikpunkten von Klaus Mäurer anschließen. Mal schauen wie es nach Geländeeinsatz dann aussieht....

Der Unterfahrschutz für den T4 konnte ohne Änderungen Montiert werden. Er könnte nur von der Konstruktion her etwas besser an das Fahrzeug angepasst werden. Er reicht nicht bis ganz zum Stoßstangenträger und auch im hinteren/unteren Bereich könnte er besser gestaltet sein. Aber die Vorhandenen Löcherpassen und die Montagetauglichkeit ist gegeben. Gutes stabiles Material. Ich kann den Unterfahrschutz empfehlen.
Unterfahrschutz für Motor und kühler aus Stahl für Kia Sorento
Unterfahrschutz für Kia Sorento hat nicht gepasst. Vorbohrungen nicht alle verwendbar. Teilweise mussten die Löcher nachgebohrt( ausgeweitet) werden. Die äußeren Bleche haben im Abstand von der Höhe gar nicht gepasst. Bleche waren viel zu hoch (ca. 5 cm). Ich musste sie abflexen, auf die richtige Höhe anpassen und wieder anschweißen. Passform für Kia Sorento nicht gegeben. Für einen Laien wäre der Unterfahrschutz nicht zu verwenden gewesen. Aufgrund des Aufwandes mit dem Zurückschicken deshalb behalten und selbst ans Fahrzeug angepasst. Aber der Preis ist eigentlich dafür nicht gerechtfertigt, schließlich wurde das Bauteil ja fürs richtige Auto bestellt und die Daten mit Bestellung auch nochmals mitgeteilt.

Hi.Preis +Lieferung war ok.Die Anbauanleitung war eher eine 'Stückliste' mit den Anbaufotos aus dar Mail ging es dann.Die 3 Bohrungen am vorderen Teil des Unterfahrschutz waren sicherlich für die Stoßstange gedacht... Haben leider nicht gepasst (mittlere ja,die anderen beiden nicht)... Sonst war es ok

A good, well made product. The sump guard fitted perfectly but there was difficulty with the gearbox guard as it does not fit the Grand Vitara TD. With a some fettling and the assistance of a lump hammer we bent the offending wing out to make room for the exhaust pipe and then it fitted perfectly. It is a shame we had to do that as it no longer looks as it was made to, but it does work and with that modification all was well. Other than that all the holes lined and it was pretty simple to fit.

The sump guard I bought from you didn't fit correctly ! I had to cut 20mm off the winged bits on the side so it would clear the front lower wishbone mount ! I am a mechanic so this wasn't a problem for me , although a little disappointing !! This is something you should address in your design process for the future or you might get people returning them !! PS overall this is a well made product at a reasonable price and when you fix the problem I have highlighted it will be better value then the OEM parts !!

Sump guard ok. Powder coat chipped in places. Radiator guard fits fine but the sump part catches on the lower part of my suspension. I had to fettle to get it on. I have a 2' lift so might have caused issue.

Finally could sort out what Fords seems to be acceptable on the Transit MK7 and close up the underside of the fully exposed engine bay. Sumpguard fitted good but holes on the LH frame needed a little bit fettling to accept the bracket. As others said already, packaging not quite as good as it could be but all considered good value for money.
